- Updated post editing to use the same BBCode toolbar and keyboard shortcuts as the topic composer.
- Added a cache-busted dedicated Upgrade Center script.
- Rebuilt the Upgrade Center package uploader with explicit browse, drag-and-drop, progress, and error handling.
- Prevented dropped ZIP files from being opened or downloaded by the browser.
- Keeps the active Upgrade Center focused on pending migrations and staged packages.
- Adds a dedicated Upgrade History page for completed migrations, package records, and audit entries.
- Adds controls to discard staged packages, remove completed package archives, and clear upgrade audit history.
- Preserves schema migration completion records so old migrations cannot run again.

- Make clicking username in topic view go to user profile
